Operation Homefront Assistance

Operation Homefront, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, builds strong, stable, and secure military families so they can thrive—not simply struggle to get by—in the communities they have worked so hard to protect.

We provide a variety of impactful programs and services  nationwide that offer military families Relief, Resiliency, and Recurring Family Support.

RELIEF Critical Financial Assistance program (CFA): Since 2011, we have fulfilled over 38,000 requests for assistance from families dealing with unexpected budget and financial challenges, like rent payments, home repairs, car repairs, food, utilities and more, totaling more than $22.5 million.

Transitional Housing–Operation Homefront Villages: Since 2008, we have provided nearly 4,700 months of housing to 500 wounded, ill or injured service members and their families, as they receive medical treatment or rehabilitation services, transition out of the armed services, or wait for approval of veterans’ benefits, saving them $5.2 million in rent and utilities.
