The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (SAF/ODI) in partnership with the Women’s Initiatives Team is hosting the inaugural virtual Women’s Air and Space Power Symposium on 8-11 March 2021. The virtual DAF Women’s Air and Space Power Symposium is a professional development event focused on improving our force readiness and building the Airmen, Guardians, and leaders we need. This event offers an opportunity for active, guard, reserve, cadets, enlisted, commissioned officers, and DAF civilians to discuss topics that affect service women at large and hear from subject matter experts along with Airmen and Guardians on their experiences. This symposium is designed to be interactive, providing participants an opportunity to listen and engage. SAF/ODI is offering this professional development opportunity for free to all DAF civilian employees, cadets, and all Active, Reserve, and Guard uniformed Airmen and Guardians.
