May is Mental Health Awareness Month and National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. During the entire month of May, Give an Hour is running the Find The ONE Challenge. The Challenge encourages people to strengthen their body and mind by finding theone thing that makes you feel strong and reinforces the connection between emotional and physical health.

There are the three components to the challenge.

  • Step 1: FIND the ONE healthy habit that makes you feel STRONG.
  • Step 2: Challenge ONE friend to do the same.
  • Step 3: Donate to Give an Hour.
