The National Alliance on Mental Illness in Colorado Springs offers a free, six-session class to support military family members suffering from a mental health condition or substance abuse. This educational class will be taught by family members, providing a confidential and safe environment. Participants will go through peer-led conversations around mental health in the military, and become a part of a supportive and connected community. These sessions will take place on Mondays, for six-weeks, and will start on September 18th at 6 PM, the location will be revealed after registration.
