NAMI Peer-to-Peer and Family-to-Family are free, eight-week, programs. NAMI Peer-to-Peer is led by trained peers who understand the struggle of living with a mental health condition. The course aims to develop strategies for understand and managing your mental health. NAMI Family-to-Family is a course for family, friends and partners of adults with mental health conditions. While delivering the latest information on depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other illnesses, it teaches practical skills for coping and advocacy. Teachers are trained peers whose loved ones live with a mental illness.
