-Identify and target key applicant groups and personas that align with the current openings.
-Understand and articulate different employee value propositions across roles.
-Develop, test and scale innovative recruitment marketing strategies.
-Amplify employee generated content to promote employer’s culture and success stories.
-Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing departments to support recruiting events and advertising needs.
-Optimize campaigns and demonstrate your success through necessary tracking, measuring and reporting.
