The Move United Junior Nationals, July 17-23, 2021 in Thornton/Westminister, Colorado, is the largest, long-standing annual multi-sport event in the United States for youth with a physical disability and/or visual impairment. Sports include archery, paratriathlon, powerlifting, shooting, swimming, and track and field. A tennis clinic and a sitting volleyball clinic will take place as well as educational and social opportunities for athletes, parents, coaches, and officials throughout the week.

Volunteers are critical to the success of the national championship event, I hope you will get involved and pass it on!

Here are some key volunteer needs:

  • 6-12 people a day to help with the set-up of the sports and logistics, (Logistic crew shifts are described under theWeek Long Sign up tab at the top).
  • 2 people to help with organizing the awards each night from 7-9 PM,
  • Several volunteers to help with the Swim Competition- on Monday and Tuesday mornings 7 am-12 noon; Field Competition- Wed. 7:30-12 &12:30-5 PM and Track– Thurs.7am-12 pm & 4:30-8:30 PM; Fri 7 am-12 pm.
  • Welcome Ceremony- Tues. 2-8:30 PM (shifts)
